Introducing Alexander Graham Bell - 1847-1922
After 1876 the world became a smaller place as the invention of the telephone made it possible for the human voice to travel across vast distances. Today we can have instant communication with relatives, friends or business associates in any corner of the Globe. Indeed the telephone may be considered one of the most important inventions of all time. Its inventor was a twenty-nine year old Scottish teacher of the deaf, named Alexander Graham Bell.
